Doddridge County Courthouse Annex
Fairchance Construction is currently constructing a new 3-story Administrative Office Building in West Union, WV for the Doddridge County Courthouse. Construction includes a 3-story steel frame with concrete floors and masonry and steel stud framed exterior walls, low slope EPDM roofs, aluminum windows, and a storefront with tinted and tempered insulating glass.
Oak Hill Brackenridge
Oak Hill Brackenridge is a HUD project consists of constructing four new residential buildings along with renovations and additions to an existing community center. When completed, there will be 140 new units between the four buildings.
