Fairchance Construction completed new construction of a 33,000 square foot Chevrolet and Buick dealership in Mt. Pleasant, PA. The building consists of load bearing masonry and a structural steel shell, painted split face block and ACM panel exterior finishes, and high-end interior finishes to meet General Motors strict design standards. In addition to all general construction, Fairchance Construction also built and installed all the custom casework on this project.
