General Construction

Our team of executives, project managers and superintendents has extensive and broad experience to handle any project. We have been successfully performing as a general contractor for over 100 years with completed projects in most states on the east coast and also in the Bahamas. We currently hold licenses in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, Indiana, and North Carolina, but will acquire additional licensure as required.

Negotiated General Contracting/Cost Plus Fee

We will work with an owner with an “open book” accounting structure on a negotiated basis in order give the owner a more comfortable approach to choosing us for their investment in a project. This gives the owner more control over cost and more comfort in the way they manage their investment.

Lease to Own

We will provide options for parcels of land that match your exact specifications and help you to decide what will work best for you based on your business model, building needs, access to highways/rail, utilities, parking and other specifications that will directly affect the productivity and profitability of your operation.

Construction Management

Construction Management – Agency

Fairchance Construction, acting as the owner’s agent, will provide services to oversee and control the project, from prime contractor and sub-contractor bidding and selection to the final closeout of the project. Fairchance Construction has provided agency construction management services for projects spanning over 100 years.

Construction Management at Risk

As the name implies, we will assume the risk of completing the project for a specified amount. We are able to provide this security to the owner because we assume greater control over the project and typically perform many aspects of the project therefore assuming greater control over the timeline and budget.


The pre-construction phase is one of the most important parts of your project. This process defines the site variables and important aspects of your unique project. Proper and thorough pre-construction planning can save a lot of time and money on the backend of a project.

ICF Construction

Insulating concrete forms (ICFs) result in cast-in-place concrete walls that are sandwiched between two layers of insulation material.

These systems are strong and energy efficient. Common applications for this method of construction are low-rise buildings, with property uses ranging from residential to commercial to industrial. Traditional finishes are applied to interior and exterior faces, so the buildings look similar to typical construction, although the walls are usually thicker.

Virtual Design + Construction/BIM

Fairchance Construction implements BIM modeling into nearly all of our construction projects. Whether it’s a design/build project that we create with our in-house design staff utilizing the latest version of Autodesk REVIT or integrating our pre-engineered building models created in partnership with Butler Manufacturing we reduce risk and increase productivity with 3D integration. Many of our trusted sub-contractors also rely on BIM modeling to reduce interference with other trades when creating shop drawings. This all helps create a smoother, more efficient project for our clients by detecting issues earlier than traditional methods.

We also utilize this technology to help clients visualize their projects in the early stages of development by presenting them with 3D and 4D renderings. By doing this, we can literally walk them through their proposed projects giving them a better understanding of design and details that may be otherwise missed.

Custom Cabinetry

Many times custom casework or cabinetry can be a “budget buster” for a project along with other finishes. Fairchance Construction operates a custom casework and cabinetry shop that helps save you time and money by being able to control material and labor costs.

We routinely build and install the following on our projects:
