Fairchance Construction
Fairchance Construction Co. is a local, family-owned business that has been in operation for four generations. It was originally founded in 1880 as the McCormick Lumber Company, and later incorporated as the Fairchance Lumber Company in 1916. In 1994, the company was renamed Fairchance Construction Co. to better reflect the type of services it offers, which include general contracting, design-build, property development, and construction management. Fairchance Construction Co. has gained a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. This is due in part to the company’s extensive experience, as well as the professionalism and integrity of its management staff and field personnel. As a result of its excellent work, Fairchance Construction Co. has a long list of satisfied and repeat clients. The company is committed to maintaining its tradition of quality and service, and approaches each project with the goal of earning more work through a job well done. Its success is a reflection of its dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction.
Fairchance Construction Co. has completed projects not only in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, but also in Oklahoma, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and The Bahamas. Additionally, the company has been a dealer for Butler Manufacturing Co.’s pre-engineered building systems since 1966, making it the oldest Butler Builder in the region.
