FAIRCHANCE SENIOR HOUSING

Fairchance Construction completed construction of a new 3-story, 36-unit senior living facility in Fairchance, PA in 2021. The structure included a mix of wood and steel construction on top of vibro-stone columns. Interior finishes included LVT and carpeting, drywall ceilings, and an open atrium at the center of the building. Exterior finishes included brick and multi-colored vinyl siding with solar panels installed on the roof.
