ADVANCED ACOUSTIC CONCEPTS ADDITION

We completed construction on a 30,500 square foot expansion to an existing 40,730 square foot facility at the University Business Park in North Union Township. This project was undertaken to meet the expansion needs of Advanced Acoustic Concepts. We sequenced the work carefully to enable them to occupy the space during construction.

The addition was constructed with Butler® pre-engineered structural steel and required matching the existing exterior, including painted masonry, metal siding, aluminum windows, and EPDM roofing. Interior finishes include VCT, sealed concrete and carpet flooring, and exposed and acoustical ceilings.
