COE DISTRIBUTING EXPANSION

COE Distributing Center increased the footprint of their headquarters from 125,000 square feet to 270,000 square feet with this addition performed by Fairchance Construction. This design-build project features a 207,000 square foot Butler pre-engineered metal building addition utilizing Buter MR-24 roof system, Butler retrofit metal-over-metal re-roof system, BRII wall system, and Ductilcrete floor system. The foundations were constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). The building addition columns were strategically placed at the existing building ridge line increasing the clear height for the owner. The addition construction was carefully sequenced to keep COE in full operations through construction and resulted in significantly increased height and capacity for the client.
