Project challenge: coordinating early work alongside a neighboring tenant

Fairchance Construction Company is renovating the Community Bank Uniontown Office, a 1,667-square-foot bank loan office at 690 W. Main Street in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. This tenant build-out is transforming an existing plaza suite into a professional, welcoming space where Community Bank will meet with customers about loans and financial services.

Tenant Build-Out Construction in Uniontown, PA

Converting an existing plaza space into a functional bank office calls for careful planning. The project team is reworking the interior with new framing and drywall, updating plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, and finishing the space with fresh paint, durable flooring, and custom casework suited to daily banking operations.

Building Within a Shared Plaza

Renovating inside an occupied plaza means working alongside neighbors. During the early stages of the project, coordinating with an adjacent tenant required extra communication and planning, and the Fairchance team has kept work moving forward while maintaining a respectful presence in the shared property.

Skilled Trades Working Together

Seven specialty trades are contributing to the new space. Managed by Fairchance Construction Project Manager Maxx Vojacek, the Community Bank Uniontown Office reflects the value of close collaboration between the construction team, subcontractors, and client.

As work progresses on West Main Street, Fairchance Construction is helping deliver a modern loan office designed to serve the Uniontown community for years to come.
