DODDRIDGE COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX

Fairchance Construction is currently constructing a new 3-story Administrative Office Building in West Union, WV for the Doddridge County Courthouse. Construction includes a 3-story steel frame with concrete floors and masonry and steel stud framed exterior walls, low slope EPDM roofs, aluminum windows, and a storefront with tinted and tempered insulating glass. Exterior detailing will include a variety of brick colors and patterns to complement the existing Historic County Courthouse along with cast stone and EIFS detailing. Interior detailing will include painted drywall, a variety of carpets, vinyl and epoxy flooring, custom woodwork and casework, display cases and custom designed Lobby and Waiting Areas.
