Fairchance Construction has completed several projects for Dynamic Materials over the years. Projects complete are as follows:
2004 – Office and Manufacturing Facility – 7,000 square foot office attached to 48,400 square foot manufacturing facility on deep caisson foundations for specialty metal cladding. Four 25-ton bridge cranes, two gantry cables, plate polishers, roller levelers, various deep pits, and equipment foundations. Construction included heavy concrete slabs with specialty finishes. High voltage/amperage electrical was installed for the manufacturing equipment, including bus bar for ease in changing locations.
2007 – Manufacturing Facility Expansion – 42,350 square foot manufacturing expansion. Like the 2004 addition, construction included installation of four 25-ton bridge cranes, two gantry cranes, plate polishers, roller levelers, various deep pits, and equipment foundations. Finishes included heavy concrete slabs with specialty finishes. Also, high voltage/amperage electrical was installed for the manufacturing equipment.
2010 – Mine Research and Development blast pad
2013 – Mine Research and Development Building Renovations – 5,000 square foot sidewall addition to the 2007 building for parts staging for the manufacturing process
2019 – Heat Treat Furnace Building – new manufacturing Butler pre-engineered facility with a crane, constructed on concrete piles and grade beams
