FAY PENN BUSINESS CENTER

Fairchance Construction completed renovations of the second floor of the Fay Penn Business Center for the tenant to expand their office space in 2020. This was designed as modern office spaces while highlighting the dramatic trusses existing from original construction in the early 1900’s. Construction included LVT, carpeting, anti-static, and ceramic floor tile, metal studs and painted drywall with accent walls, and exposed spiral duct.
