FAY-PENN SPECULATIVE BUILDING

Fairchance Construction recently completed construction on a new 100,500 square foot speculative building for Fay Penn Economic Development Council in Georges Township. This building was constructed using Butler® pre-engineered steel, and included split-face masonry, multiple Butler® metal wall panel system designs, and Butler® pre-engineered roof system. The building also features five aluminum storefront entrances along with concrete loading docks for each of the speculative spaces.
