FREEDOM FORD AND KIA

Fairchance Construction completed the new Freedom Ford within 10 months. This 58,000 square foot, first class dealership facility has several unique features. The heating system consists of waste oil/natural gas, and radiant floor heat with forced air supplementation. The Service Department includes both standard vehicle capabilities and heavy duty, large vehicle capacity. There is a “Quick Lane” tire and lube facility built into the structure. Freedom Automotive’s corporate offices are housed on the second floor, along with training space.

Freedom Kia, built on the same property as Ford, is a 25,000 square foot, first class dealership facility. The building consists of a showroom, office, and service space that is built to the latest Kia standards. We completed this project in 8 months.
