A Landmark Butler Manufacturing Industrial Warehouse Build for Hranec Corp.
Fairchance Construction is proud to deliver the new Hranec Warehouse, a cutting-edge 200,000 sq. ft. industrial facility in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Built for Hranec Corp., a leader in HVAC manufacturing and construction services, this Butler® steel building project showcases forward-looking design and unmatched durability. As an authorized Butler Builder, Fairchance Construction teamed with Butler Manufacturing to provide a long-lasting structure that supports Hranec’s expanding production and logistics needs.
Warehouse Engineered for Efficiency and Longevity
The Hranec Warehouse features a robust open span floor plan, enabling unobstructed interior space ideal for material handling and storage. Strategically placed three-ton overhead cranes travel on integrated beams, streamlining the movement and loading of HVAC components manufactured by Hranec Corp. onto waiting semi-trucks.
Exterior performance is enhanced with factory-insulated Butler Thermawall™ wall panels and a TBS™ insulation system installed above the purlin, contributing to efficient thermal performance and reduced operating costs. These proprietary Butler systems help the building meet today’s energy code standards while delivering superior insulation continuity and durability.
Built to Last
Designed for resilience and long-term use, the Hranec Warehouse embodies the quality craftsmanship that Fairchance Construction and Butler Manufacturing are known for. With its durable steel structure, energy-efficient assemblies, and future-proof layout, this facility will serve generations of industrial and manufacturing operations.
