MARTIN AUDI AND VOLKSWAGEN

We recently completed construction of a striking new Audi and Volkswagen dealership for the Martin Auto Group in Clarksburg, WV. The existing conditions of the site provided challenges, with a large ravine on site requiring a roughly 30-foot-high retaining wall and high voltage power lines running overhead. This building was a steel structure, all provided by Butler Manufacturing™. The service side was a fully pre-engineered Butler® building, while the dealership was constructed using conventional steel methods. Finishes included insulated metal panels, EIFS, and ACM panels with sealed concrete floors for the service area and ceramic and carpet tile in the dealership.
