Description coming soon.
Affordable Housing Redevelopment by Fairchance Construction
Mission Place Apartments, located at 173 N. and 181 N. Gallatin Avenue in Uniontown, PA, represents a transformative step forward in community-focused development. Completed by Fairchance Construction, this project consists of two newly constructed, mirror-image buildings—each featuring four thoughtfully designed apartment units.
Built on the foundation of a formerly blighted property, Mission Place Apartments stands as more than new construction—it is a multi-phase redevelopment effort that contributes to the revitalization of the Gallatin Avenue corridor.
Supporting Community Growth & Stability
Developed in partnership with City Mission Living Stones, this project expands the organization’s housing campus and complements the long-established Gallatin School Living Centre. Mission Place Apartments provides supportive housing for formerly homeless adults, creating a vital bridge between emergency shelter and independent living.
With manageable rent structures and integrated access to nearby services, residents are given the opportunity to build stability and long-term success in a safe, community-oriented environment.

Each building utilizes modern, durable construction methods and materials, including:
- Wood frame construction
- Drywall interior systems
- Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and carpet flooring
- Vinyl siding exterior finishes
- Aerobarrier sealing technology for enhanced HVAC efficiency
