PENN ROSE BUILDING

The Penn Rose Building project involved renovating an existing 10-story industrial building in the Strip District in Pittsburgh, PA into 72 modern apartments with a rooftop deck with a stunning view of the city of Pittsburgh. The first floor also included space for commercial tenants. The design included a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with several ADA accessible of each type.

Construction included complete restoration of the exterior of the building including repairing and restoring the exterior stone finishes. Interior finishes included sealed and polished concrete, vinyl tile, carpeting, moisture resistant drywall, and exposed structures.
