Project Overview & Location

Located on the campus of Pierpont Community & Technical College in Fairmont, West Virginia, the new Vet Tech Clinic was developed to provide students with hands-on, real-world training in veterinary care. Fairchance Construction collaborated closely with Pierpont’s leadership and academic teams to design and construct a facility that supports learning, animal safety, and high-standard clinical operations.

From excavation and steel framing to interior systems, specialized ventilation, and finishing details, our team oversaw each stage with precision. The completed facility includes instructional classrooms, animal-care suites, treatment areas, labs, and support spaces organized to streamline both instruction and workflow.

The project enhances the college’s ability to offer industry-aligned training, reinforcing the school’s role as a provider of high-quality veterinary education.
