SUMMIT COMMUNITY BANK

Fairchance Construction completed construction of a new Summit Community Bank branch in Morgantown, WV in 2020. This was a multi-story building constructed with structural steel, concrete, and metal studs. The large glass and ACM panel exterior finishes create a modern look and open feel to the building. Interior finishes included LVT and carpet tile; painted, graphical, and tiled interior walls, and glass exteriors.
