THE STABLES

The Stables project involved constructing an addition and renovating an existing historical building into modern apartments in Pittsburgh, PA. The existing building was regarded as a historical landmark, so there were requirements to ensure that the finished project would maintain the historical integrity of the original building.

Working in a small site footprint in downtown Pittsburgh posed its challenges during construction, but we were able to overcome them with careful management and completed the beautiful new design. We also worked closely with neighboring tenants to ensure minimal interference with their operations during construction.

Exterior finishes for this project included brick, pre-cast concrete, multiple types of Hardie siding, and wood-grained lap siding. Interior finishes for the apartments included LVT, carpet, and painted gypsum board.
