WESTRIDGE COMMERCE CENTER

The WestRidge Commerce Centre project in Morgantown, WV involved constructing a new corporate office building for leasing and engineering. This structure was a Classic 2 Butler Building with customization. Interior finishes included LVT, carpet, and sealed concrete flooring, a mixture of exposed, drywall, and acoustic ceilings, and painted drywall and wall coverings. The exterior included masonry, metal siding, and aluminum and glass storefronts.
