YESTER SQUARE L.P.

Fairchance Construction built 10 new multi-family housing buildings for the McKeesport Housing Authority in 2015. In total, 58 new apartment units were created during this project. Construction consisted of a large site footprint, high performance vinyl and carpet flooring, plaster and drywall walls and ceilings, resilient millwork, brick, vinyl siding, cement board trim, and tapered columns.
