HILTON GARDEN INN

Like our Hilton Garden Inn project in Uniontown, PA, we were part of the development team that designed and built another Hilton Garden Inn in Moon Township, PA near the Pittsburgh International Airport. This structure was a 4-story, 139-room full-service hotel constructed with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) throughout the building and features a pool and fitness room, restaurant/bar, outdoor patio space, and several multi-use conference spaces. Due to the proximity to the airport, we had to work closely with our design team and FAA to ensure the building was in compliance with any air travel regulations.

The interior specifications from Hilton were designed to have more of a modern look than the Uniontown development to match the feel of the Pittsburgh area. Interior finishes included LVT, subway tile, carpeting, fire-rated paneling, sealed concrete, wall coverings, hardwood, and stone veneer. The exterior featured cast stone, stone veneer, face brick, and EIFS.
